The Artistic Promotion Manager is the person that takes care of the concerts or different shows and artistic actions organization.

The shows includes appearing in the country and outside for different local artists that promote foreign artists in the country.

The manager is takes care of aspects that implies:
– to contact the artists and their agents.
- to negotiate with them the show unfolding conditions, the finance terms and the accomplish terms of the contracts.
- to search the places for the shows unfolding ( cultural centers, concerts rooms, stadiums).
- to negotiate with the management of these places regarding the conditions of renting and the artistic program unfolding.
- to make contracts with the artists and the organizers.
- to establish the necessary services for the shows organizing, to take measures to rent these kind of services.
- to take care of the tickets distribution.
- to organize the promotion campaigns, to establish what posts should be used for the show.
- to decide the budget for every event.
- to negotiate with the sponsors.
- to monitory the accomplishment and financially organizing for every artistic event.
